the wifi was bad,, but the location is super close to the mosque. the staff were welcoming, and we loved the clean rooms with fresh towels daily. lots of shops right nearby!

The hotel is incredibly close to the Haram.
My overall experience was greatly marred by the elevators. They were constantly overcrowded during prayer times, causing me to wait far too long just to get to my room. I was frustrated that there was no clear information about stairs available, as I would have preferred to use them while waiting. parking was a nightmare. finding a free space felt impossible, adding more stress to my stay.

Honest review
This hotel is right across from the Haram, making access incredibly easy—less than a minute to the nearest gate! I enjoyed a room with a view and clean linens. Staff professionalism impressed me, with special mention to the friendly receptionist. Nearby shopping and food stalls provide excellent options for any traveler.

The location offered easy access to the mosque, just a short walk away. The room was well-prepared with clean linens and fresh fruits. a nice touch! I enjoyed smooth check-ins thanks to the helpful staff at reception. the elevators were constantly overcrowded, especially during prayer times, making it frustrating to get to my room. It would have helped to have clearer information about stairs for quicker access. I encountered issues with the shower, which wasn't functioning properly. while I appreciated the proximity to the mosque and the comfortable room, the elevator situation and the shower issue definitely affected my stay.

Stayed 4 nights in a Double Room. The beds were comfy, but I wished for a slimmer pillow. The mattress was soft, and the AC was freezing, which was great. WiFi was hit or miss in the room though. A few rough edges in the overall upkeep, like some broken tiles, but nothing too off-putting. Would've loved more breakfast options like cereals, though. it was decent!
